We will miss Aunt Dorie. I will always treasure the books she gave me as a child and the moments I shared with her and Uncle Louie. They were kind and loving people.

Aunt Dorie was a great lady. She had a huge love of gardening. She and Uncle Louie loved going to Maine, Cleveland Force Soccer games, Indians games and loved watching the Browns on TV. I've never met many people like them that loved life and each other so much. They also loved family like no other. They weren't able to have kids of their own, but treated nieces and nephews like their own children. They actually gave me my first baseball bat. I will miss Aunt Dorie greatly, but am glad she can drive with Uncle Louie on the fresh snow again by his side. They loved being the first tracks in a snow storm and looking in the rearview mirror. They never needed much. Just each other.
