Doris Wilma “Dee” Marlow, 78, of New Castle passed away on Wednesday July 2, 2025. She was born on October 9, 1946, in Somerset, KY to the late Sidgel Murrel and Georgia Christine (Ping) Stewart.
She was a 1964 graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School and also a graduate of Indiana Business College. Dee worked for Chrysler in New Castle and Kokomo and retired in 2020 after 33 years. While employed at Chrysler Wilma went to Cosmetology School during a layoff before returning to work at the factory. She loved going shopping and making flower wreaths. Dee was a generous and giving lady that touched many over the years.
Wilma is survived by her children, Scott (Andrea) Marlow and Stephanie (Brent) Brooks; grandchildren, Brandon (Kaitlyn) Brooks, Cori (Fiancée Clayton Borgman) Marlow, Brittney (Garrett) Beam and Johnathan Blake Marlow; sisters, Brenda (Steve) Bowling-Morrow and Glenda Terry; along with several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Wilma is preceded in death by her siblings, Dallas Stewart, Harold Stewart and Carol Neal.
Services will be on Thursday July 10, 2025, at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at South Mound Cemetery West Lawn Addition. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of service.
