On August 12, 2025, Doris Miller passed away suddenly. Beloved wife of the late Carl E. Miller, Sr.; devoted mother of Deborah Johnson and her husband Raymond, Charles Miller, Terry Trent and her husband John, and Carl E. Miller, Jr. and his wife Joanne; cherished grandmother of Raymond Johnson III and his wife Kelsey, Michael Miller and his wife Ashton, Travis Johnson, Heather Dahl and her husband Michael, Sherrie Miller, Stephen Czapski, Jr. and his wife Sarah, and Emily Burk; doting great-grandmother of the late Tripp Johnson, Avery Mae Johnson, Axel Ray Johnson, Jackson Tripp Dahl, Hailey Jo Dahl, Cadence Miller, Brendan Miller, Brayden Morris, and Isla Czapski; dear sister of Nicholas Pelekakis, Steve Pelekakis, and the late Diane Fisher. Also survive by a host of other loving family members and friends.

Friends and family may call at the Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A. , 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex, Maryland 21221, on Sunday, August 17, 2025, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 10 AM. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens. Flowers or contributions to a charity of your choice will be accepted.
