MINTER: A Celebration Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mother Doris E. Minter of Decatur, Georgia will be held Monday, November 4, 2024, 11:00 a.m. at Grace Baptist Church, 2178 Hwy 138 East, Stockbridge, Georgia; Pastor Clinton McFarland, Senior Pastor and Officiant and Apostle Felecia Daniel, Eulogist. Interment, South-View Cemetery. Remains will lie in state for viewing from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Survivors are two daughters, Beverly (George) Wadley, and LaQuinda (Eric) Jackson; two sons, Myron Minter, and Randy Minter; thirty-four grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

To the family of Mother Doris Minter
I send my love and deepest sympathy.
I will keep the family in prayer.She was very sweet and soft spoken we were phone buddies for some years we would have great conversations and funny conversations she always had me laughing about something.We lost contact when the clinic closed.
