Doris A. Psota

Doris A. Psota, 82, of Easton formerly of Magnolia, DE, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at her home with her loving family by her side. Born in Brooklyn, NY on March 3, 1943 she was a daughter of the late Earl and Dorothy (Kenny) Andreassen.

Doris graduated from St. Joseph Hill Academy. She worked as a secretary for AT&T and later for Aventis Pharmaceuticals. She was active in her local senior community. She enjoyed decorating her home and creating a beautiful environment for her friends and family. Her eye for beauty also extended to her clothes as she enjoyed keeping up with the latest fashion trends. Doris loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, John “Jack” Psota; daughters, Jennifer Rittenhouse and her husband, Ronald Jr.; Beth Jones and her husband, Kenneth; grandchildren, Lily and Kaiden; brother, Arthur Andreassen and his wife, Mary.
