Doris G. Radosevic

Doris Gail Radosevic, age 85, of Chillicothe, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Farmington Village.

Doris was born on February 11, 1940 in Posey County, Indiana to Ralph and Elizabeth (Nelson) Woods.

Surviving is the love of her life for the past 15 years, Norm Shackelford; her children, La Lette (Jim) DeBord of Princeville, IL, Suzette Conley of Peoria, IL, Ronald Phelps of Fridley, MN, Mark (Ranya) Phelps of Coon Rapids, MN and Alwyn (Sally) Phelps of Ramsey, MN; her grandchildren, Aaron (April) Dunning of St. Michael, MN, Zachary Phelps of Ramsey, MN, Nicholas Phelps of Big Lake, MN, Austin Phelps of Coon Rapids, MN, Kelly (Alex) Becker of Blaine, MN, Matthew Jones of Lacon, IL, Rachel (Sean) McGinn of Princeville, IL, James Ryan (Kaylin Herron) DeBord of Princeville, IL and Christopher Bryant of Peoria, IL; many great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Radosevic; her ex-husbands, Ronald Phelps and Leonard Colgan; her sisters, Mary Woods, Alice Burnett, Betty Schneider, Ruby Folsom and Margie Allgood; and her brothers, Wayne, Harold, Joe, Ronnie and Donnie Woods.

Doris owned The Oaks in Henry and as well as Doris's Elderly in Home Care for 30 years. Doris loved tending to her flower garden, visiting with family and friends and going to breakfast every morning with Norm.

Services will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 2pm at Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe with visitation beginning at 1pm. Rev. David Pyell will officiate. Burial will follow the service at LaSalle Cemetery in Rome. Memorials in her name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or LaSalle Cemetery.
