Doris dedicated her life to being a devoted homemaker, nurturing her family with love and care. Her passion for the outdoors blossomed in her youth. Together, with her husband, Cecil Weldon Ray, formed lasting friendships as members of their local RV club in Texas, creating memories that would linger in the hearts of those who knew them.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Weldon Ray; her parents Mose W. Forsyth and Rosa Rhoads, her brothers Raymond, Herbert, Theron, and Marvin, and her sister Mildred. Doris is survived by her son, Daniel Ray, and her niece, Lei Ann Forsyth.
Doris June Ray will be remembered for her unwavering love, gentle nature, and the joy she brought to those around her. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
