Doris Styr Obituary

Styr - Doris Irene (Frechette) October 9th, 1935 March 23rd, 2017 With a happy heart Mom has gone home to be with her husband Fred who passed away on December 13, 2016. She is now with her parents and all her siblings. Mom is survived by her loving son Richard (Priscilla) special grandson Eldon, daughter Lana and dear friend and sister-in-law Joan Frechette. Doris moved to P.G. in the mid 50's with Brother Clem and Sister Lorraine. Doris married the love of her life Fred in August 1962. Doris worked as a Bookkeeper for most of her life. Doris was a loving mother and a great friend. She loved to visit over a cup of coffee and a cigarette and staying up till all hours. Oh, and she loved her sweets. Haha. Doris was a loyal dedicated member of The Royal Purple for more than 40 years. Much gratitude for the compassion shown from Rhea and staff at Hospice. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Rotary Hospice. Celebration of life will be held at a later date for Doris and Fred.

We am so sorry for your loss, Lana and Richard. Your parents are together again, young and dancing and making out it the backseat in heaven. Lana, they were so lucky to have you looking out for them the past several years. Now it's your turn to live your life to it's fullest.
