Dorothy Nell Armstrong Rose, a devoted member of the Bethlehem United Methodist Church for 45 years, peacefully departed from this world on December 31, 2023, in Murfreesboro, TN.
She was born on February 21, 1937, in Trigg County, KY to the late Carlon and Lucy Armstrong. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Harl Rose, brothers, Buddy and Jimmy Armstrong, sister, Sue McNeece, and great grandchild, Cadence Millsap.
Survived by her daughter, Beth (Brian) Tuverson, son, Michael Rose, grandsons, Hunter, Rose, and the late Austin Millsap, granddaughters, Katie (Jaukee) Polk, Emily and Sarah Tuverson, great granddaughter, Scarlett Millsap, sister, Jean McWilliams and several loving nieces and nephews.
She embraced her role as a faithful member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church with deep devotion and dedication. Her commitment to her church community and her faith was inspirational. Her unconditional love and boundless kindness will always be remembered by those who were fortunate to have crossed paths with her.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Bethlehem United Methodist Church located at 2419 Bethlehem Loop Rd, Franklin, TN 37069 or donations will be accepted towards the burial fund for Austin Millsap (check to Brian Tuverson) or venmo- @BethandBrianTuverson
Visitation will be Saturday January 6, 2024, from 11:30 am until the Celebration of Life 1:30 pm all held at the Pavilion at Harpeth Hills 9090 Highway 100, Nashville, TN 37221.
