I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Ms. Campbell. As a former student of hers at Fairmont Heights High School (Class of 1990), I can confidently say she was one of the most influential teachers in my life. She taught me keyboarding and typing, skills that have remained invaluable throughout my personal and professional journey.

Ironically, after earning my degree in Business Education from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 1995, I had the privilege of returning to Fairmont Heights and stepping into the very position she left upon her retirement; a position that I still hold 30 years later. It was an honor to continue the legacy of excellence she established in the business department.

Ms. Campbell had a special gift for connecting with her students. Her warm smile, infectious laugh, and unwavering encouragement made her classroom a place of growth and joy. She had the unique ability to inspire and challenge us to reach our full potential.

My deepest condolences go out to her family, friends, and all who were lucky enough to know her. Ms. Campbell, you will always be remembered with love and gratitude for the impact you made on so many lives, including mine. Rest peacefully, knowing your legacy lives on through all of us you inspired.
