In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Dear Bob, Donna, Jason and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I pray that your hearts will be comforted by your family and friends. Bob, you have been on my mind this morning, thinking about the questions you asked me to consider while reading the book. There are some profound lessons from the story that I hope will help in this time of grief and reflection. I am thinking about you all and sending you love and support as you go through this very difficult time. With Love, Christian and Billy

I have many fond memories of Aunt Dorothy from our many Grigg family get togethers at Myrtle Beach. She was a wonderful lady. Our thoughts are with you.

To the Crowder family:
I have many fond memories of growing up next door to your parents on Studley Road. They were both very sweet. Before Mrs. Crowder moved to Gloucester, we had a very nice visit where she expressed her joy and love for her sons & daughters-in-law & grandchildren. May God comfort you all as I'm sure you'll miss her greatly.

Dear Joh and family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time. She was a great lady and I know she is with your Dad in a better place. Maybe she is telling Cecil how she grew those beautiful azaleas. God bless you all. Love in Christ, Maxine Lane
