Dorothy was born January 9, 1940 in Oxnard, CA along with her twin sister. She lived in Ventura County most of her life. She was married to Donald Duncan almost 65 years. Dorothy passed away on December 15, 2025 in Camarillo, CA.

Dorothy was a paralegal in Camarillo for over 20 years. She loved sunsets, the beach, Scrabble and in younger years played tennis, line dancing & square dancing.

Dorothy was a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband. She leaves behind her children Theresa & Jim Pellerino, Brenda & Bob Cusick and Julie & Ron St. Amand. They have 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Her twin, Dottie Darbison survives her. Her grandson Mason St. Amand, her brother Tom Darbison Jr. and her sister Margie Beasley have all been called to heaven ahead of her.

A Funeral Mass will be held on January 16, 2026 at 10am in the Chapel of the Islands at Conejo Mountain Funeral Home in Camarillo, CA, followed by interment and reception at Conejo Mountain Memorial Park.
