Ms. Dorothy Freeman Johnson, age 92, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away March 6th, 2025. She was born May 17, 1932 in Westmoreland, TN, to the late Will and Anner Carter Eaton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Glendal Johnson; and her nine siblings.
She is survived by her sons, Wayne (Kathy) Freeman and Mike Freeman; her daughter, Lisa Elmitt; her grandchildren, Sam (Carretta) Freeman, Shannon (Tonya) Freeman, Mack (Lisa Marie) Freeman, Shaina (Todd) Blevins and Kelly Brown; as well as 11 great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services for Ms. Johnson will be conducted on Sunday, March 9th, 2025 at 1PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Don Key officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Saturday, March 8th from 1PM till 8PM and again on Sunday, March 9th from 10AM till service time at 1PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
The family has entrusted Woodard Funeral Home with the care of their loved one. "Serving you as we would like to be served."
