Dorothy E. Kantorik

Dorothy E. Kantorik, 77, of Champion, died Thursday, March 31, 2022, at the home of her son, in Mt. Pleasant. She was born April 6, 1944, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Thomas and Dorothy Stewart Elverson. Mrs. Kantorik was a graduate of Shaler High School. She received her undergraduate degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College and her master's degree from California University of Pennsylvania. She is survived by her children, Carrie Dickinson and her husband, Kenneth, of Cape May Courthouse, N.J., Molly Kantorik, of Jumonville, Charles Kantorik and his wife, Cheryl, of Mt. Pleasant, and Katherine Hunt and her husband, William, of Champion; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Cheryl Weber and her husband, Ron, of Glenshaw; and one brother, Thomas Elverson and his wife, Vonnie, of Grove City. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Charles F. Kantorik, on July 14, 2021.
