Dorothy Jane Miles, a dedicated child care provider, passed away on June 19, 2024 in Dallas, Texas. She was known for her unwavering commitment to nurturing and caring for children throughout her life. Dorothy was born on June 4, 1939, and her legacy will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.
Her services will be held at the Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas. A Prayer Service will take place on June 26, 2024, starting at 6:00 PM and a Funeral Service will be held on June 27, 2024, starting at 11:00 AM. The address for both services is 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX, 75224.
Dorothy leaves behind a vast network of surviving family members including children and a host of other relatives and friends who were profoundly impacted by her kindness and compassion. She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
During this time of grief, may we find solace in the memories we shared with Dorothy, and may her spirit continue to inspire us to love and care for one another as she did. Her presence will be deeply missed but her legacy will endure through the lives she has touched.
