Dorothy Pomerance Obituary

Dorothy Labiner Pomerance beloved mother of Louis Pomerance and Ginger Pomerance Schirmer (Ed), passed away in LoneTree, CO on December 2, 2025 with her children and grandchildren there for love and support. She was born in South River, NJ in 1938 to Estelle and Max Labiner and was an only child. She married Warren Pomerance of Columbus, GA in 1958 and lived in Columbus, GA. Together with her late-husband they owned and operated the retail clothing store Warren's until his passing in 1991. Dorothy was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved to travel and she can say she went everywhere in the world at least once. As her health declined in last 5 years, she lived in Colorado where she spent time with her daughter and son-in-law, and frequently visited by her son and grandchildren. Graveside Service will be held at Riverdale Cemetery in Columbus, Georgia, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, with family and close friends. Arrangements entrusted to Feldman Mortuary, Denver, Colorado. Dearest Ginger and Louis,

I´m so sorry to hear about your mom´s passing. I know how to lose a parent but I pray the special memories you created together will be a source of comfort during this difficult time. Your mom was certainly full of life and lived it to its fullest. Sending you much love.
