Left to cherish her memory is her son, Thomas R. Perkins (Saundra); daughter, Melissa D. Holt (Tony); grandchildren, Elisa A. Doran (Kevan), Nicole L. Curtis (Brian), John "Trevor" Holt (Amanda), Erin N. Hodgkin (John), and Heather R. Wallis (Chris); 10 great-grandchildren; along with many other family and friends.
A Graveside Service will be conducted on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 12:00 pm at Brookland Cemetery (4897 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165) Interment will follow.
