Dottie aka Mimi was a special lady who always made me feel like part of the family, and insisted that I call her Mimi. She was always beautifully attired, hair done, always stylish. She liked her vodka Collins and made a mean pot roast, as well as something involving pimento cheese and celery. Many fond memories.
