Graveside services for Dortha Lee Jones, 96, of Livingston, Texas will be held Friday, March 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Jones Prairie Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 5:00-7:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.
Dortha was born January 21, 1930, in Hortense, Texas and passed away March 9, 2026, in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bunyan B. Parrish and Nancy Usher Parrish; husband, Kenneth Jones; and siblings, Flora Crawford, Quentin Parrish, Orvel Parrish, Addi Hill, and Hopson Parrish.
She is survived by her sons, Michael Lynn Jones and wife Judy, and Randal E. Jones and wife Barbara; granddaughters, Kari Prihoda and husband Brad, and Laci Murphy and husband Kevin; grandsons, Alex Jones and Travis Jones; great grandchildren, Sydney Prihoda, Colin Prihoda, Maddox Murphy, Mason Murphy, and Michael Murphy; brothers, Thomas Parrish and Marlin Parrish; and sister, Gena Hestand; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers: Alex Jones, Travis Jones, Maddox Murphy, Mason Murphy, Michael Murphy, and Colin Prihoda.
