Dottie is survived by her Sons, Roger (Rorie) Palmer of Mount Vernon, IL, Michael (Sonya) Palmer; Six Grandchildren; and several Great Grandchildren.
Dottie was preceded in death by her Husband, Len L. Palmer; Parents; Grandparents; and one Sister Virginia Winemiller.
A Graveside Service will be held Monday, November 3, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.at Bethel Cemetery in Mt. Vernon, IL, with Pastor Tim Reynolds officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
