Doug and I were Partners back in the early years of our Police Carriers. He and Patty were just dating. He always had a mischievous smile. Many fond memories of the guy who would be the Best Man at my Wedding. so Sorry to hear of his passing. Much Love and Sympathy to Patty and the family.
