I am so sorry for your loss, but know you had to be so very proud of the huge outpouring of family and friends who came to pay their respects for Douglas. I always had a special love for Douglas while watching him grow up, suffering but strong. He deserves respect and love for the way he lived his life and all of the people who loved him. I love, care, and pray for the whole family. I pray that Amy knows that everyone will be there for her at a moments notice.

I met Doug through my sons Alex and Tony Armstrong way back when they were all young men. He was such a sweet guy and I thought the world of him. Every time I saw him he had a smile and a hug and I will miss that sweet face and great personality. Rest in peace little Doug and I'm so glad he has no pain and suffering now!
