Douglas Rider Faries

Mr. Douglas Rider Faries, age 57, of Dallas passed away at his residence on June 30, 2025. Mr. Faries was born in Cincinatti, Ohio on April 7, 1968 to loving parents, Mr. William Faries and Mrs. Roxanne Rider Faries Larkin. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and retired from Antaean Technology where he worked as director of operations. Douglas is survived by his wife of 34 years, Mrs. Tammy Gabor Faries; sons, Jayson and his wife, Amberley Faries and Gary and his wife, Heather Faries; one daughter, Tiffany Faries Mauldin and her husband, Caleb; eight grandchildren, Ethan Faries, Logan Faries, Jasper Faries, Charlotte Faries, Brantley Faries, Theodore Faries, Amelia Mauldin, and Lincoln Mauldin; mother, Roxanne Larkin; brothers, David Faries and his wife, Diana and Charlie Stone Larkin; one sister, Debi Morgan and her husband, Gregg. In addition, many other relatives and friends also survive. Douglas is preceded in death by his father, Mr. William Faries. A memorial service for Douglas Rider Faries is scheduled for July 12, 2025 at Christ Central Church at 3 PM with Rev. Stephen Everett officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 PM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
