Douglas Wayne Johnson, a dedicated truck driver with Penske, passed away on December 10, 2025, in Edgewood, Kentucky. He was born on October 25, 1954, in Covington, Kentucky.
He is survived by his son, Jerry (Cindy) Johnson; his grandchildren, Paige (Curtis) Blevins and Kasey (Kai) Mills; his great-grandchildren, Cassie Blevins and Della Mills; and his step-son, Robert (Sally) Bihn; his step-daughter, Erica Bihn Thoman. He held a special place in the hearts of his former spouses and friends, Verlie Warden, and Debby Bihn. He was also a beloved friend to Wesley Cotton and will be missed by a host of other family members and friends.
Douglas was preceded in death by his father, Harold Johnson, and his mother, Mildred Johnson (nee Wright).
His life was defined by his hard work and dedication. No services will be held.
Donations are encouraged to St. Elizabeth Hospice.
