Douglas Norman Walker

I only meet Doug within the last several months, he purchased a car I had for sale. As fate would have it, he only lived one block over. When he bought the car, I delivered it to his shop located behind his house. As it turned out, he was a current drag racer, something we both had in common, albeit I stopped racing long ago. Somehow we spoke of our faith and I asked if he was saved. He said he was a believer and I asked if he had accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior, he said he had not.
I encouraged him to do so because one never knew when their time is up. Several weeks later we spoke and he told me he went to a small local church and spoke with the pastor, got saved and baptized ! I firmly believe that God was in all of this. He can choose to use someone without them being aware of it. I´m happy Doug moved on to heaven and I know I´ll bumped into him there.
