Elizabeth Marie Zenker passed away unexpectedly on November 4, 2024, at the age of 42. She was born in Crosby, Texas, to Ann and Peter Zenker and was the sister of Nana and Missy. She is survived by her three children: her son Bubba and his wife Alexis, along with grandsons Danny and Grayson; her daughter Aida and her husband Fletcher, along with granddaughter Elly; and her daughter Zoey. Known as Beth, she was tough, strong-willed, and had a deep love for the outdoors, especially fishing.
She fought fiercely for the people she loved, especially those closest to her. Beth had a special bond with her dogs, whom she considered her babies: Macky, Millie, Trooper, and Miller.
Beth was a woman of faith who found comfort in her love for God. She shared that faith openly and generously with those around her, often reminding them of His presence in their lives. She also had a passion for cooking, and anyone lucky enough to taste her food would agree that her meals-and her sweet tea-were unforgettable. A meal at Beth's table was always made with love.
She was loud in the best way-unapologetically herself, full of energy and laughter. Her love for life was contagious, and her devotion to her family was unwavering. She was a force of nature, a woman who lived with passion and purpose, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will forever be etched in our hearts.
No farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why.
