Tom, my dear friend, colleague and my life-saving physician, I will never forget the wonderful years we enjoyed with you and your amazing family. Bill and I will never stop loving and missing you, but the connection to Sheron and the family still remains strong.

Dear Sheron, I am so sorry for your loss. You know how much he meant to me - my mentor. I patterned my way of practicing medicine after his model. He introduced me to Hospice and Palliative Care and I became board certified. I plan to come to Harrisburg for the services and hope that I can see you and meet you extended family. I will be staying with an old neighborhood friend, arriving Friday evening and departing Monday evening. I am relieved that his suffering (and yours) is over. Love you!
