Dr. Melani Wheeler Moore, 57, of Dubberly, Louisiana was born on August 14, 1968, in Bethesda, Maryland and went to be with the Lord on January 5, 2026, in Dubberly, Louisiana surrounded by her family.
Dr. Moore was preceded in death by her mother, Lynn Nobles Magee and mother-in-law, Joanne Allen.
She is survived by her loving husband and caregiver, Steve Moore of Dubberly, father-in-law and special caregiver, Terry Moore, of Dubberly, father, Hubert Houston Magee of Mississippi, son, Steven Moore, Jr. of Bossier City, daughters, Destiny Moore and Faith Moore both of Bossier City, sister, Rachel Kingston of Texas, grandchildren, Hayden Miller and Bentley Moore, sister-in-law, Salena and husband Matt Miller of Heflin, niece, Heather Daniel and husband Michael of Heflin, and great nephews, Riley and Kingston Daniel of Heflin.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at 2363 Burson Road, Heflin, Louisiana 71039
