I am thankful that I have so many great memories with Duane. Even though we did not see each other much we still picked up where we left off when we were together. You wrote this on your facebook page in July 2014 "Such as death comes unannounced and unexpected, and just like life anything good can end as fast as it began no matter how impenetrable it seems. I will not be taking things for granted anymore or expecting them to last forever." I don't know the circumstances surrounding this quote, but I do know that you had the ability to make the best out of everything. You looked at the brighter side of things. I will look at the brighter side now and cherish the memories and laughter we shared.

Duane we have many special memories of you growing up with our kids. Always so polite, funny and sweet. You were the cause of many conflicts in our family as my son Jesse and daughter Sam could not agree on who got to hang out with Duane. (We had to assign specific days so each could get a turn), they loved you so much. Our hearts are broken but know that the angels in heaven are probably fighting over you now.

May God bless family and friends. Sending prayers

We are deeply saddened. We have many fond memories of previous special times together. Duane had a special charm and knew how to light up a room with his presence. We will miss Duane's quirky sense of humor and hearing "Hey Kid!" He has left us all too

We are deeply saddened. We have many fond memories of previous special times together. Duane had a special charm and knew how to light up a room with his presence. We will miss Duane's quirky sense of humor and hearing "Hey Kid!" He has left us all too soon. We know that he is in the loving arms of Gram, Mom, Dad and Greg and the many other loved ones we have lost over the past several years. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to Mary and family during this difficult time.

Duane you will always be in our hearts and never be forgotten just like your Uncle Greg you are the life of the party you made people laugh. Your grandparents will help you through the ropes in heaven and till we all can be back together again. You new life now begins and for us who have been left behind will just have to learn a different way of getting along. We love you and yet not seeing each other everyday does not mean we did not think of you. God bless for being in our lives even though it was very short. Go nowb with no worries no pain be free.
