Duane Lee Foster

Duane Lee Foster, born on April 1, 1940 in Hayward, California, to the late Mary (Fuentes) Foster and the late Lee Mark Foster, passed away from bladder/bone cancer at age 78 on July 21, 2018 in Reno, Nevada. Duane and his family moved to Reno in 1978. He was in the Water Treatment industry as the business owner of Foster s Water Treatment Service, Inc.. Duane was preceded in death by his son, Daniel John Foster. He is survived by his daughter, Deborah Lee Santoro, grand-daughters Erika Lee Foster and Fallon Danielle Santoro, as well as many cousins. He enjoyed building model cars and was an avid Oakland Raiders fan. He was a jack of all trades and was always willing to lend a helping hand. His outgoing personality but calm demeanor will be sorely missed. Pursuant to his wishes, he will be cremated with no service.
