Dudley designed and built on to the house my sister Christine and I grew up in south of Cortez on McElmo Creek. In addition to that we are cousins. Dudley´s dad, Ben Millard and my dad were first cousins. He was a familiar figure in my growing up years.
He was a very good man, hard working and cared deeply for his family. I always had the utmost respect and care for Dudley. God bless his family and his memory. Rest in peace Dudley Millard.

What an amazing man with a wealth of knowledge. I enjoyed talking sawmill and planer mill stuff with him. I am a generation younger than Dudley with similar roots in wood products. He will be missed.
