Dustin is survived by one sister, Amber Fournet and husband Courtney; two nieces, Averie Fournet, Demmie Fournet; maternal aunt, Robin Comeaux; paternal aunts, Faye Gotreaux and husband Dennis, Sue Wallace and husband Paul, Connie Smith and husband Kris; paternal uncles, Brian Bourque and wife Brenda, Sterling Bourque and wife Barbara and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Frances Farrar Bourque.
