I will always have great memories of Smitty from both work and play. NASCAR races, canoeing, camping, softball, and good times even at work. My sincere condolences to Vickie, Dwain, and Angie.

I worked with "Smitty" for 15 years at the Hampton /Nasa Steam Plant. His knowledge and dedication got us through a lot of tough times. We always had some good laughs together, and we kept each going during the long " Shutdowns". My condolences to Vickie, Dwain, and Angie. Fair Winds and Following Seas Shipmate.
