Dwayne Locklear Obituary
Dwayne "Hollywood" Locklear passed away on July 9, 2024, at the age of 61.
He was born on September 13, 1962, in Robeson County to the late Deanna Oxendine Locklear and Johnny Locklear.
Dwayne is a graduate of North Rowan High School. He drove for PTI for 12 years and worked in construction for Martin Maritetta for 29 years. He loved to collect bottle caps to make robots, loved the Hulk, enjoyed drawing, and loved spending time with family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandparents.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Jodi Locklear of the home; his dog Piper; his daughter Jennifer James (Ray) of Salisbury; his son John Wayne Locklear (Jolene) of Maiden, NC; his many aunts, uncles, and a lot of friends and other family.
A memorial balloon release will be held September 14, 2024, at his daughter's house.
