Dwayne Kenneth "Ken" Stegall

Dwayne Kenneth "Ken" Stegall, 73, beloved husband of Cathy Stegall, passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. Ken and Cathy shared 52 years of marriage.
Born in Greenville, South Carolina, Ken was the son of the late Wayne Stegall and Nettie McNeely Stegall.
He was a faithful member of Christian Assembly Upstate, where he served as a dedicated church deacon. Ken was a former Quality Control Lab Technician for Procter & Gamble and took great pride in his work.
A loving and caring family man, Ken was also known as the family historian, cherishing and preserving family stories and memories for future generations.
In addition to his wife, Cathy, Ken is survived by his daughter, Brooke Edwards (Keith); his son, Joshua Stegall (Kim); grandchildren, Cody (Darra), Caitlin (Alex), Matthew, Faith, Jake (Victoria), Chris, and Kyleigh; great-grandchildren, Hudson, Shelby, Dallas, Willie, Amadeus, Dante, and Alice; and sister, Jo Ellen Orr.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased in death by his brother, Barry Stegall.
Ken will be deeply missed by his family, who will always remember his caring heart, steady presence, and the love he shared so freely with those around him.
A visitation will be held Friday, January 9, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Northwest, with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Northwest Chapel. Burial will be held in Graceland Cemetery West.
