Dwayne P. ''Mouse'' West, 48, Cadiz, died Sunday, June 10, 2007 at Trinity Medical Center, West, Steubenville, Ohio. Mouse was born August 18, 1958 in Cadiz, Ohio a son of the late Wayne Lewis and Rosetta Hython West of Steubenville, Ohio. Mouse was preceded in death by his stepfather who raised him, James Austin West, Sr. Mouse had a passion for training horses for racing. Surviving, in addition to his mother, are 3 sons: Travis Paul West and Kory Scott West both of Pennsylvania and Devon Lucas West of Oklahoma; 6 sisters: Carla West of Cadiz, Tara West, Thresa West, and Stacy West, all of Steubenville, and Pam and Sue Lewis both of Columbus; 2 brothers: James Austin West, Jr. of Las Cruces, New Mexico and Tiger Lewis of Columbus, Ohio. Also surviving is his fiancee, Kolinda Gutierrez of Cadiz, Ohio. Calling hours are Wednesday, June 13, from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz with Evangelist Tracy West offciating.
