Dwight Alston Obituary

ALSTON, Dwight C., "Slim," 58, of Gloucester, Va., entered into eternal rest on February 27, 2010, at McGuire Veterans Hospital. He is survived by his devoted fiancee and caregiver, Thelma Pollard; son, Anthony Alston; brother, Pete Alston; sisters, Jeannie Winston and Sharon Tuppince; and a host of other relatives and friends. A memorial celebration will be held on Saturday, March 6, 1 p.m. at Moore Street Baptist Church, 1408 W. Leigh Street. Dr. Alonza Lawrence officiating.
