Dwight Grant Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Island Cremations and Funeral Home on Dec. 5, 2025.
Dwight E. Grant, 49, of Titusville, Florida, passed away on November 29, 2025. Born on June 15, 1976, in Brooklyn, New York, Dwight was the beloved son of Ladie and Truman Grant. From the very beginning, he carried their strength, resilience, and warmth into his own life.

Dwight was a man whose presence filled every room he entered. He had his own way of talking, living, and moving through the world - unapologetically himself. Independent, stubborn, and unfiltered, yet genuine, honest, and deeply respected for his realness.

Beneath the tough exterior was a quiet strength and a tender heart that only those closest to him truly saw. Dwight faced his battles with dignity and pride, rarely asking for help, always trying to figure things out on his own. Even with everything he struggled through, he loved his children the best way he knew how. His greatest pride and deepest joy were his children - Rashaan, Nakiya, and Jaden - whom he cherished beyond words.

He wasn't a man of big speeches, but he showed love through presence, loyalty, and moments that spoke louder than anything he could have said. People will remember Dwight for his raw honesty, his humor, his resilience, and the way he stayed true to who he was no matter what life threw at him.

2 Timothy 4:7

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."

He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
