Dylan J. Justice
March 29, 1995 - January 8, 2026
Dylan J. Justice of Philadelphia, PA, age 30, devoted life partner of Stefanie Bower, beloved son of JJ and Jackie (Robinson) Justice, much-loved brother of Maddie Justice, and dedicated father to Yuengling, passed away unexpectedly on January 8, 2026.
Dylan, originally from Eldora, NJ, was born on March 29, 1995. He attended Dennis Twp. School District and was a 2013 graduate of Cape May County Technical High School. Most recently, he was employed by Sweet Hunk Movers LLC of Philadelphia, PA.
Dylan's passion in life was his music. From the time he began drum lessons in grade school, he knew he had found his calling. Dylan performed across the country as a member of numerous bands in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas, as a drummer, guitarist, and lead vocalist. Most recently, he was a member of Driltusk and Horsenap, performing as a drummer. Sitting behind his drum set was his happy place.
Nearly 10 years ago, he met the love of his life, Stefanie Marie Bower (Stef), and together they made their loving home in Philadelphia with their dog, Yuengling, who was truly Dylan's best friend.
Everyone who Dylan touched was blessed by knowing him. Possessing a heart of gold and always willing to help in any way he could, he was always there for family, friends, and acquaintances. Throughout his life, he showed himself to be a very giving and helpful person. He frequently helped technologically-challenged seniors with their phones and computer difficulties. He was also known to change a tire or two in the parking lot for stranded DMV patrons.
Whether it be by lending a listening ear, providing a shoulder to cry on, or just being himself, his absence will be felt by many. He was an inspiration to us all to pursue our passions and that we should prioritize living out our dreams.
Dylan was predeceased by his grandparents, Jack and Eula Justice, and Franklin (Tink) "Poppy" and Doris Robinson "Nanny". He was also predeceased by his aunt, Judy Kelleher (Bob); his aunt, Shirley Stitt (Leroy); and uncle Tom Dermont.
In addition to his parents, JJ and Jackie, and his sister, Maddie, Dylan is survived by his life partner, Stef Bower; and their dog, Yuengling; his aunts, Jill Dermott, Holly Robinson, Vickie Trout (Ron), Kelly Cramer (Bob), Tracey Robinson, and Heidi Conforto (Michael); as well as many cousins and friends.
Dylan will forever be loved and missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Condolences at
