DYLAN T. STAAB
Age 13, of Hookstown, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026. He will be remembered as a loving son of Jaimie and Lee Staab II; beloved brother of Tyler, Josie, Delia, Bryce, and Jackie; cherished grandson of Barb and Jerry Koller and Wanda and Lee Staab; and dearly adored great-grandson of Josephine Fisher. He is also survived by an abundant host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family members. His family will fondly remember Dylan’s infectious smile, his love of the ocean and games, and the special relationships he forged with his family and friends.
Dylan loved playing baseball with his Brad-Mar-Pine teammates and coaches. It was there he learned to be gracious in winning and in losing. From the Alliquippa Young Bucks and his grandfather, he developed a love for shooting from passionate teachers. At Rise 8 jiu-jitsu, Dylan discovered friends can be as close as family, and that he could compete one moment and no matter the outcome laugh and joke about it the next. He was also an altar server at St. Valentine’s Church of Our Lady of Hope Parish where his faith in our Lord was nurtured.
Above all else and forever more, Dylan will be dearly missed as a beloved son, a wonderful brother, a cherished grandson, a sweet nephew, a fun-loving cousin, a kind friend, and an irreplaceable, beautiful soul.
