E. Judy O’Meara Obituary
Judy graduated from Washington High School in 1966 and continued her education at Louisiana State University. She then went on to become a social worker for Washington Communities. After retirement, Judy enjoyed working at the Hallmark in Washington. Judy had an amazing love for all animals, and she especially loved spending time with her friends whom she considered family.
In addition to her parents, Judy is preceded in death by her long-time companion and love, Richard Backus.
Memorial contributions can be made in Judy's name to the Washington Area Humane Society. All services were private.

I was so sad to learn of Judy's passing. We were friends since grade school, sharing many happy times, as well as sad, this pic is how I will always remember her with her beautiful smile, she showed her emotions in her face, you never had to guess what she was thinking, rip in piece Judy, I will miss you.

I will miss my longest known friend. And saddened by the fact I will have to wait to see you again in heaven someday where we can laugh about skiing and fun times we had with in US and off shore in Australia and New Zealand . Love you kid. Kimmy
