Mr. E.L. Lowe

Seventy years is all we have. Eighty if we are strong. Psalms 90:10 E.L. was born in Mt. Pleasant, Texas on July 9, 1929 to Early Lowe and Etherl Harris, and was called home on March 1, 2013. E.L. moved to Barstow in 1956 and went to work at the Marine Base. He started out as a laborer and worked his way up to foreman. He retired after 33 ½ years with many awards for outstanding performance. E.L. was a very strong person and a very wise man. Surviving E.L. are his wife of 35 years, Cecilia, children Edward Lowe and his wife Erica, Charles Lowe and his wife Aleta, James Lowe and his wife Patty, Larry Lowe and his wife Sheryl, Anthony Russell, Glenda Lowe, Annette Rock Lowe, Lawrence Sanchez and his wife Lydia, Joe Sanchez, and Richard Sanchez, sister Charlesann Stensen, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral service for E.L. will be on Friday, March 8, 2013 at 10:30 am at Mead Mortuary, 36930 Irwin Road. Burial will follow at Mt. View Memorial Park, 37067 Irwin Road. We are all grateful for the years God gave us with E.L. and the love and memories we all shared together as a family.
