Earl Jackson, Jr., age 91, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Kindred Hospital Houston. He was a native of Vacherie, LA and resident of Cypress, TX. Earl was a retired Longshoreman and a member of Knights of Peter Claver #125 John A. Daily. Beloved husband of the late Gussie Lee Jackson. Devoted father of Isadore Jackson and Shantel (Xxavier) Falasha. Loving grandfather of Nathanael, Zia, Jordun, and Ethan Falasha. Son of the late Earl Jackson Sr. and Mary S. Jackson. Brother of Joseph Jackson, Sr., Leroy Jackson, Sr., Linda M. Jackson, and the late Rosa Lee J. Alexander, Mary A. Williams, Mary C. Jones, August and Paul Jackson. Godson of the late Laura Bright. Also cherishing his memories are a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also priest and parishioners of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 11:00a.m. Father Sidney Speaks, celebrant.
