Earl Timothy Moore, 83 passed away peacefully on Friday, March 22, 2024.
A graveside service will be held at 2PM on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at Evergreen Memory Gardens with Pastor Pete Hutchens officiating.
Earl was born in Guilford County to the late Thomas and Frances Moore. He worked in textiles for over 20 years, and later owned and operated Community Mart INC. He was a longtime attendee of First Church of the Living God Reidsville and always enjoyed volunteering at the church stews. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to travel. Earl also enjoyed NASCAR Races, and especially supported Earnhardt and Petty. Most of all he loved his family. He will be greatly missed.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Charlotte Kristin Moore; 3 sisters, Christine Williams, Catherine Barbee, and Carolyn Carter.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Jeanene Shreve Moore; children, Keith Moore and wife, Vicki; Allison Sullivan and husband, Mike, Darrell Purgason and wife, Tracy; grandchildren, Heather Urbanowski and husband, John, Ryan Moore, Kaitlin Moore and Fiancé, Dylan Byrd, Madison Massey, Cameron Massey, Joey Purgason, Brooke Burns and husband, Ryan; great grandchildren, A.J., Allie, Ella, and Owen; along with a large and loving group of extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Church Of The Living God Reidsville at P.O Box 334 Reidsville, NC 27323.
