Roger "Dale" Bass

Roger Bass Obituary

passed away on September 6, 2016 at the age of 66. A native of Clinton, LA, he was a retired wielder/operator. Dale is survived by his loving wife, Joyce, three sons Jody Bass, Ricky Bass and Mickey Bass, grandchildren Brittni, Cameron, Landon and a great granddaughter Karmin, three brothers, Tommy Bass, James Bass and Pete Bass. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins and loyal friends. Preceded in death by parents, Merle and Burwell Bass, beloved nephew Jerry Bass, sister Billie Gail Mayers, sister-in-law Marie Bass. Dale loved spending time in and around his shop with friends and family and was an avid gardener who shared knowledge of gardening as well as the vegetables he grew. A memorial service in Dale's honor is scheduled for Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 2 pm till 4 pm at the family home in Bluff Creek. Friends and family are invited to attend.
