Earlene McGraw Foster

Mary Earlene McGraw Foster of 45 John Foster Road, Columbus, NC, passed away September 26, 2021 at her home. Earlene was born in Tryon North Carolina on February 6, 1935 a daughter of the late John Franklin McGraw and Raleigh Pace McGraw. . She is proceeded in death by her husband James Bradford Foster. Earlene lived her life dream of being a nurse. Going to college at 54 years of age to get her degree in Nursing. She retired from Rutherford County Hospital and St. Luke's Hospital. She loved her cat and the many hours spent watching her birds out her picture window. Earlene was the mother of 5 living children. Joseph "Joe" Foster, Jane, Leslie Mongold, John, Cheryl Brock-Holtey, Cindi Foster Squirrel, and Emily Dona Foster, Paqueta. She is predeceased by one sibling Otis "Nick" McGraw. She has six siblings Nancy Miller, Frank McGraw, Ginger Bridgeman, Louise Buxton, Dudley McGraw and April McGraw Hall. She has 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. No services are planned.
