Eartha Kitt had a great voice. She sang beautifully. One of my favorites is her version of C'est Si Bon sung in French, she spoke it fluently. I also like Santa Baby. Rest in peace Eartha Kitt.

I love you . Thank you. My mother was born in 1943 which exposed me to greats like yourself thank you for sharing your life. Thank you for completing your shadow work for the world to witness because now in 2025 it has given me the courage to begin my journey. Thank you for enduring your trials of life with Grace you push me to continue on. I never became famous because I too sing and I’m beatiful but I have a daughter Azrielle who is all those things and more I’ll show her all your work and I’ll show her what true resilience is. Thank you for being a warrior ! Your daughter kit is beautiful thank you for mothering her. Simply thank you I am so sad I wish I could have met you when I was a kid I love earnest scared movie I can’t think of the tittle but you played the women in the trees a wonderful performance I watched servesrl times and loved ( it’s 4am my brain is goofy) but I love you please I know your resting well but thank you for loving life even when it didn’t always love you back. You signed my favorite cd of yours and held my hand the first time, at Barracuda nightclub here in the city, then I went to your dinner/show at the Carlyle hotel here as well that same year. You put on an amazing show. You are one of my idols and heroes because you successfully overcame hard times and became the strong, successful, and beautiful woman that you are. You will be missed, but I keep your beautiful, unique spirit alive while enjoying your timeless performances on screen and in music. I love you, and thank you for your positive influence on me!

I will never forget the time in December 1983 that Eartha and I were seated next to each other at the Carnegie Deli in New York City. Eartha struck up a conversation with my friend and myself as if we were neighbors. The world was a better place because of her.

Ms Kitt was a phenomenal entertainer. Her movies and her music will live forever. Personally, I absolutely LOVED her role as Catwoman on the Batman series. Her "Where Is My Man" 12" single plays in my house over and over!

She faced off with LBJ and stood up for what she thought, served her community in many charitable ways, and left her fans with wonderful music. One of a kind. But she'll always be remembered, especially at Christmastime.
