Eavie was a waitress at various restaurants and a member of the Betsy Layne Free Will Baptist Church.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Clark, one brother, Chester Slusher, one sister Avainelle Branham, and one nephew Danny Slusher.
She is survived by one brother, Jim Slusher, of Pikeville, Kentucky, great nieces and best friends Abagail Delaney Pruitt, and Penelope Morgan Pruitt, nephews, Ricky (Ada) Slusher, Clyde Thomas "CT" Branham, Jerry Wayne Branham, great nieces Mary Elizabeth Caudill, Katherine MaKayla Pruitt, and Emily Sue Adams.
Visitation will be after 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 19, 2025, in the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 20, 2025, in the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel with Eddie Overstreet officiating. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Coal Run Hill, Pikeville, Kentucky.
The arrangements are under the care of J.W. Call Funeral Home of Pikeville, Kentucky. The guestbook may be signed online at www.jwcallfuneralhome.com
