ED CONROY

Ed Conroy, 75, of Hallstead, PA was called home to be with the Lord on March 10, 2026. He is the son of the late Jay and Clara Conroy. He is also predeceased by his two brothers, Jay Conroy and Fred Hanyon.

Ed is survived by his children, David (Lisa) Conroy, Jon (Jaime) Conroy, Michelle (Brandon) Dorshimer, Megan Conroy, and Eric (Samantha) Conroy; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; siblings, Violet Paugh, Jack Conroy, Mary Plonski, Lillian Biefeldt, and Clara Cole; and numerous nieces, nephews, including Jay Conroy, and extended family members.

Ed was a member of the Community Methodist Church, Great Bend. He enjoyed auctions, and spending time at Dobb's Country Kitchen or Jane's Diner with his family and friends. He worked 54 years as a service technician for Suburban propane, retiring in July 2025. He was always working on a project and enjoyed operating heavy equipment. Ed honed his skills and knowledge and would help others with their projects. He always had a smile for everyone he met. Ed was a loving father, step father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Inc. Hallstead, PA on Saturday, March 14, 2026. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., at the funeral home, prior to the service.
