Edith Ann Miglicco, 99 yrs went to Heaven to meet the LORD, October 10, 2025
She lived out her ending year, surrounded by her loving family
Edith was born and raised in Donaldsonville, La. She was the daughter of Milton and Louise Simoneaux. She completed her high school education at Donaldsonville High School where she met Percy S. Miglicco.
She lived most of her life in Alvin, Texas. Her loving husband passed away in 1997. She was very proud of Percy's work at NASA, as an electrical engineer. The couple shared 47yrs together, which included raising their 9 children, 7 boys and 2 girls. They were so proud of all of them
She was the best stay at home Mom. Her happiness came from her tireless care for her children, cooking, and yes cleaning. She was great at it.
She is survived by Gary, Perry, Patty, Terry, Jerry, Tommy, Sammy, Barbara, and Danny.
6 daughters-in-law: Linda, Debbie, Cathy, Marcie, Mim and Tenny
2 sons-in-law: Dave and Ronnie
Edith was grandmother to 26 Grandchildren: Missy, Will, John, Sarah, Clint, Gina, Robin, Ashley, Andy, Holly, Morgan, Kelly, Jeff, Courtney, Caroline, Jason, Stacey, Travis, Mindy, Baylea, Adam, Lindsay, Shelly, Sarah, Josh, and Jessica
From those came over 45 Great Grandchildren. She was delighted by every one of them. Her greatest joy was buying baby clothes.
She worked so hard, had such a great love for the Catholic Church. Edith will be greatly missed but, fondly thought of by her loving family.
God has received a wonderful and loving woman!
